WANNEER GAAT JE PAKKETJE WEG?
Besteld voor 15:00 op een werkdag? Dan gaat je pakketje dezelfde dag nog op de post. Bestel je later, in het weekend of op een feestdag, dan is het de eerstvolgende werkdag.
Je krijgt een mail met track & trace zodra je bestelling onderweg is.

WAAR VERZENDEN WE NAARTOE?
Nederland, België, Duitsland, Frankrijk, Luxemburg en Polen. Woon je ergens anders in de EU en wil je toch bestellen? Mail ons, dan kijken we wat mogelijk is.
ADRES VERKEERD INGEVULD?
Mail zo snel mogelijk naar info@neilebeauty.com. Is je pakketje al verstuurd, dan kunnen we het niet meer tegenhouden — dan wachten we tot het bij ons terugkomt en sturen we het opnieuw. De tweede verzending is dan wel voor jouw rekening.

WHEN DOES YOUR PARCEL LEAVE?
Ordered before 15:00 on a working day? Your parcel goes out the same day. Order later, at the weekend or on a public holiday, and it goes out the next working day.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
Allow 5 to 10 working days after dispatch. It's usually faster, but we'd rather not over-promise.
