WHEN DOES YOUR PARCEL LEAVE?

Ordered before 15:00 on a working day? Your parcel goes out the same day. Order later, at the weekend or on a public holiday, and it goes out the next working day.

You’ll get an email with track & trace as soon as your order is on its way.

WHAT DOES IT COST?

The Netherlands

You’ll always see the shipping cost at checkout, before you pay.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

Allow 5 to 10 working days after dispatch. It’s usually faster, but we’d rather not over-promise.

WHERE DO WE SHIP?

The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and France. Live elsewhere in the EU and want to order anyway? Email us and we’ll see what’s possible.

WRONG ADDRESS?

Email info@neilebeauty.com as soon as you can. If your parcel has already shipped we can’t stop it — we’ll wait for it to come back to us and send it out again. That second shipment is at your own cost.
