We proberen je mail zo snel mogelijk te beantwoorden — meestal lukt dat dezelfde dag.
Artikel 2 — Toepasselijkheid
Deze algemene voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op elk aanbod van Neilé en op elke tot stand gekomen overeenkomst op afstand tussen Neilé en de consument.
Voordat de overeenkomst op afstand wordt gesloten, wordt de tekst van deze algemene voorwaarden aan de consument beschikbaar gesteld. De consument kan deze voorwaarden opslaan via de website.
Artikel 3 — Het aanbod
Elk aanbod bevat zodanige informatie dat voor de consument duidelijk is wat de rechten en verplichtingen zijn die aan de aanvaarding van het aanbod zijn verbonden.
- De vermelde prijs is inclusief btw
- Verzendkosten worden apart vermeld bij de bestelling, vóór het afronden van de betaling
- Aanbiedingen zijn geldig zolang de voorraad strekt
- Neilé is niet verplicht een bestelling te accepteren als er sprake is van een kennelijke fout in het aanbod
Artikel 4 — De overeenkomst
De overeenkomst komt tot stand op het moment van aanvaarding door de consument van het aanbod en het voldoen aan de daarbij gestelde voorwaarden.
Neilé bevestigt de ontvangst van de aanvaarding van het aanbod langs elektronische weg. Zolang de ontvangst niet is bevestigd, kan de consument de overeenkomst ontbinden.
Artikel 5 — Herroepingsrecht
De consument heeft het recht om binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst van het product de overeenkomst te ontbinden zonder opgave van redenen.
Let op: om hygiënische redenen kunnen producten waarvan de verzegeling is verbroken niet worden geretourneerd. Dit betreft cosmetische producten die zijn geopend of gebruikt, en volgt uit artikel 6:230p sub f van het Burgerlijk Wetboek.
Om gebruik te maken van het herroepingsrecht meld je je retour bij Neilé via info@neilebeauty.com, onder vermelding van je ordernummer. Je kunt hiervoor ook het Europese modelformulier voor herroeping gebruiken; dat sturen we je op verzoek per e-mail. Na je melding heb je 14 dagen om het product terug te sturen.
Kom je erop terug? Geen probleem. De verzendkosten van het retourpakket betaal je zelf. Zodra je pakketje bij ons binnen is, storten we je aankoopbedrag én de verzendkosten van de heenzending terug — binnen 14 dagen, op dezelfde manier als je betaald hebt.
Artikel 6 — Prijs
De vermelde prijzen zijn inclusief btw en exclusief verzendkosten, tenzij anders aangegeven.
Neilé behoudt zich het recht voor de prijzen te wijzigen. Reeds geplaatste bestellingen worden niet beïnvloed door prijswijzigingen.
Artikel 7 — Levering en uitvoering
Neilé voert bestellingen zo snel mogelijk uit, uiterlijk binnen 30 dagen na ontvangst van de betaling, tenzij een andere leveringstermijn is overeengekomen. De verwachte levertijd staat vermeld op de productpagina en in het verzendbeleid.
Bij vertraging ontvang je zo snel mogelijk bericht. In dat geval heb je het recht de overeenkomst kosteloos te ontbinden.
Levering vindt plaats op het door jou opgegeven adres. Het risico van beschadiging of verlies gaat over op de consument op het moment van levering.
Artikel 8 — Conformiteit en garantie
Neilé staat ervoor in dat de producten voldoen aan de overeenkomst, aan de in het aanbod vermelde specificaties en aan de redelijke eisen van deugdelijkheid en bruikbaarheid.
Je hebt altijd de wettelijke rechten die volgen uit het Burgerlijk Wetboek. Is een product beschadigd, defect of verkeerd geleverd, neem dan binnen redelijke termijn contact op via info@neilebeauty.com met een foto van het product. Neilé zorgt dan kosteloos voor herstel, vervanging of terugbetaling, inclusief de retourkosten.
Deze wettelijke garantie geldt ook wanneer het product al is geopend of gebruikt, en staat los van het herroepingsrecht in artikel 5.
De houdbaarheidstermijn van de gelwraps en de Beauty Pen is 18 maanden. Deze termijn staat op de verpakking vermeld.
Artikel 9 — Betaling
Betalingen verlopen via de beschikbare betaalmethoden op de website, waaronder iDEAL, creditcard en andere aangeboden methoden.
Bij niet-tijdige betaling is Neilé gerechtigd de bestelling te annuleren.
Artikel 10 — Klachtenregeling
Klachten over de uitvoering van de overeenkomst kun je indienen via info@neilebeauty.com. Neilé streeft ernaar klachten binnen 14 dagen te beantwoorden, gerekend vanaf de datum van ontvangst.
Als een klacht niet in onderling overleg kan worden opgelost, kun je je wenden tot een erkende geschilleninstantie. Een overzicht van erkende instanties in de Europese Unie vind je via consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu. Bij grensoverschrijdende aankopen kun je terecht bij het Europees Consumenten Centrum. Je kunt het geschil ook voorleggen aan de bevoegde Nederlandse rechter.
Artikel 11 — Toepasselijk recht
Op overeenkomsten tussen Neilé en de consument is uitsluitend Nederlands recht van toepassing. Dit doet geen afbreuk aan de rechten die je toekomen op grond van dwingend recht in het land waar je woont.

We aim to reply to your email as quickly as we can — usually the same day.
Article 2 — Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to every offer made by Neilé and to every distance contract concluded between Neilé and the consumer.
Before the distance contract is concluded, the text of these terms and conditions is made available to the consumer. The consumer can save these terms via the website.
Article 3 — The offer
Every offer contains information that makes clear to the consumer what rights and obligations are attached to accepting the offer.
- The price stated includes VAT
- Shipping costs are stated separately with the order, before payment is completed
- Offers are valid while stock lasts
- Neilé is not obliged to accept an order if there is an evident error in the offer
Article 4 — The contract
The contract is formed at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and meets the conditions set out.
Neilé confirms receipt of the acceptance of the offer electronically. As long as receipt has not been confirmed, the consumer may cancel the contract.
Article 5 — Right of withdrawal
The consumer has the right to cancel the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.
Please note: for hygiene reasons, products whose seal has been broken cannot be returned. This concerns cosmetic products that have been opened or used, and follows from Article 6:230p sub f of the Dutch Civil Code.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, report your return to Neilé at info@neilebeauty.com, stating your order number. You may also use the European model withdrawal form, which we will email you on request. After notifying us, you have 14 days to send the product back.
Changed your mind? No problem. You cover the postage for sending it back. Once your parcel reaches us, we refund the purchase amount plus the original shipping cost — within 14 days, using the same payment method you paid with.
Article 6 — Price
The prices stated include VAT and exclude shipping costs, unless otherwise indicated.
Neilé reserves the right to change prices. Orders already placed are not affected by price changes.
Article 7 — Delivery and performance
Neilé processes orders as quickly as possible, within 30 days of receiving payment at the latest, unless a different delivery period has been agreed. The expected delivery time is stated on the product page and in the shipping policy.
In case of delay, you will be notified as soon as possible. In that case you have the right to cancel the contract free of charge.
Delivery takes place at the address you provide. The risk of damage or loss passes to the consumer at the moment of delivery.
Article 8 — Conformity and warranty
Neilé warrants that the products conform to the contract, to the specifications stated in the offer, and to reasonable requirements of soundness and usability.
You always retain the statutory rights arising from the Dutch Civil Code. If a product is damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered, contact info@neilebeauty.com within a reasonable period, including a photo of the product. Neilé will then arrange repair, replacement or a refund free of charge, including return shipping costs.
This statutory warranty also applies once the product has been opened or used, and is separate from the right of withdrawal in Article 5.
The shelf life of the gel wraps and the Beauty Pen is 18 months. This period is stated on the packaging.
Article 9 — Payment
Payments are made using the payment methods available on the website, including iDEAL, credit card, and other available methods.
In the event of late payment, Neilé is entitled to cancel the order.
Article 10 — Complaints procedure
Complaints about the performance of the contract can be submitted via info@neilebeauty.com. Neilé aims to respond to complaints within 14 days of receipt.
If a complaint cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, you may turn to a recognised dispute resolution body. A list of recognised bodies in the European Union is available at consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu. For cross-border purchases, you may contact the European Consumer Centre. You may also bring the dispute before the competent Dutch court.
Article 11 — Applicable law
Dutch law exclusively applies to agreements between Neilé and the consumer. This does not affect the rights available to you under mandatory law in the country where you live.
